Recurring membership cancellation
You may cancel a monthly or yearly renewal through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges and normally leaves access active until the current paid period ends. It does not automatically refund the current period. Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase with no recurring renewal.
Digital products and withdrawal rights
Digital content is supplied promptly after payment. Where applicable law requires express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that a statutory withdrawal right will be lost, WPlend must obtain that consent at checkout before enabling a download. Nothing here limits mandatory rights.
Limited refund eligibility
Sales are generally final once digital access or downloading begins. Nevertheless, a refund, replacement, or other remedy may be considered when the supplied archive is unusable, the product is materially different from its description, or WPlend confirms a defect and cannot provide a working replacement or reasonable solution. Contact support promptly and allow a reasonable investigation.
Refunds are generally unavailable for
- change of mind, accidental purchase, or choosing the wrong product/plan;
- personal expectations, insufficient technical skill, or failure to read disclosed requirements;
- third-party conflicts, unsupported hosting/WordPress/PHP, or custom code;
- vendor-controlled features requiring a separately disclosed key, account, API, SaaS plan, cloud library, or licensed media;
- membership use after products have been downloaded, unless a qualifying defect or mandatory law applies;
- refusal to provide information reasonably needed to investigate.
Request procedure
Use the Contact Us form and select “Refund.” Include order number, account email, product, issue, exact errors, evidence, and troubleshooting performed. Submission does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Service changes
Removing one product does not automatically qualify a membership for refund. If WPlend materially reduces a prepaid recurring service and applicable law requires a remedy, an appropriate refund or pro-rata remedy will be assessed.
