These Terms govern your use of WPlend.net and purchases from WPlend.net. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Support Policy.
1. Service and independent status
WPlend independently provides access to WordPress themes and plugins distributed under the GNU General Public License (“GPL”). We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the original developers unless expressly stated. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and be legally capable of entering a contract. Accounts and download access are personal and may not be shared, leased, transferred, or resold. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Products and vendor services
GPL-covered code may generally be used on unlimited own or client websites. Original-developer license keys are not included. Automatic vendor updates, vendor support, cloud libraries, APIs, SaaS features, AI credits, licensed media, remote demo imports, or other externally hosted services may require a separate vendor account or license. Known material limitations are disclosed where reasonably possible.
4. Orders and access
- One-time purchase: access to available files for 72 hours after completed payment, with repeated downloads of that purchased product during the period. Later downloads or versions require repurchase or active membership.
- Monthly membership: up to 5 product downloads per day while active.
- Yearly membership: up to 15 product downloads per day while active.
- Lifetime membership: one-time payment and up to 30 downloads per day for the operational lifetime of the WPlend membership service.
Unused daily allowances do not roll over. “Lifetime” does not guarantee permanent availability of every product or operation of the website forever. Products may be changed or removed for availability, legal, security, compatibility, or maintenance reasons.
5. Renewals and cancellation
Where a plan renews automatically, its price, billing interval, and renewal terms must be shown before checkout. Monthly and yearly renewals may be cancelled through the account area or support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the paid period ends. Lifetime Membership has no recurring charge.
6. Acceptable use
You may not share accounts or private links; evade limits; scrape or mass-download the catalog; disrupt security; misuse payment systems; reproduce WPlend branding or editorial content; or represent yourself as WPlend or an original developer. Suspected abuse may be rate-limited, suspended, or terminated after reasonable review. This does not restrict rights granted by the applicable GPL to copies already lawfully obtained.
7. Updates, support, and compatibility
Updates are published when available to WPlend; no release time or continued availability is guaranteed. WPlend provides basic support under the Support Policy, not official vendor support. You are responsible for backups, staging tests, system requirements, and lawful use. Compatibility with every WordPress, PHP, hosting, theme, plugin, or custom-code combination is not guaranteed.
8. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by the providers disclosed in the Privacy Policy. An order confirmation is supplied; tax-document availability depends on applicable law and submitted billing information.
9. Refunds and statutory rights
Digital sales are generally final after access or download, subject to the limited remedies in our Refund Policy and any non-waivable consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
10. Security, warranties, and liability
Packages are reviewed using reasonable processes, but no software can be guaranteed vulnerability-free or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, services and third-party software are provided “as is.” WPlend is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, except where such limitation is prohibited.
