Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
WPlend.net provides access to WordPress themes and plugins distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
Our service is designed for website owners, developers, and agencies who need affordable access to WordPress products without paying separately for vendor-specific services they may not require.
With WPlend.net, you receive:
- access to authentic GPL-licensed product code;
- installation on an unlimited number of your own or client websites;
- direct downloads;
- access to available product updates while your download access is active;
- basic technical support;
- packages reviewed before publication.
WPlend.net is an independent distributor and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original product developers.
The original developer’s price may include additional services such as:
- an original license key;
- automatic updates directly from the developer;
- premium developer support;
- access to proprietary cloud services;
- hosted template libraries;
- licensed demo content;
- account-based integrations.
WPlend.net independently redistributes GPL-licensed software without bundling these vendor-specific services. This allows us to provide access at a lower price.
Your payment is made in exchange for access to digital products and related WPlend.net services. It is not a donation.
Yes. Our products contain authentic GPL-licensed code sourced from official product releases.
We do not provide original-developer license keys or claim to be the original developer. WPlend.net independently redistributes eligible software under the GNU General Public License.
Each package is reviewed before publication. When we are aware of a product-specific limitation, such as a feature that requires an external vendor account or license, we disclose it on the relevant product page.
We do not modify product files to bypass proprietary licensing systems, and we do not add malware, backdoors, advertisements, or hidden links.
The term “nulled” is sometimes used inconsistently by third-party websites. WPlend.net distributes software under the GNU General Public License and does not provide unauthorized access to proprietary vendor services.
If a vendor-controlled feature requires an original license key, account, API, or external subscription, that feature may remain unavailable.
No. WPlend.net is an independent distributor.
All product names, trademarks, logos, and copyrights belong to their respective owners. WPlend.net is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the original developers unless explicitly stated.
Purchases and Website Usage
You can use products purchased from WPlend.net on an unlimited number of your own or client websites, subject to the terms of the GNU General Public License.
Please note that vendor-specific services, including automatic updates, premium developer support, cloud templates, licensed media, or external APIs, may require a separate license or account from the original developer.
A one-time purchase includes:
- access to the purchased product’s available download files for 72 hours;
- multiple downloads of that product during the 72-hour access period;
- use on an unlimited number of your own or client websites under the GPL;
- basic product-related support in accordance with our Support Policy.
A one-time purchase does not include permanent access to future versions. After the 72-hour period, downloading the product again or accessing a newer version requires a new purchase or an active membership.
An active membership provides access to the products available in the WPlend.net catalog, subject to the daily download limit of the selected plan:
- Monthly Membership: up to 5 product downloads per day;
- Yearly Membership: up to 15 product downloads per day;
- Lifetime Membership: up to 30 product downloads per day.
Membership also includes access to available product updates during the applicable access period.
Daily limits are used to prevent automated mass downloading and maintain stable service for all customers.
Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase with no recurring membership charges.
It provides access for the operational lifetime of the WPlend.net membership service, subject to the membership terms, daily download limits, product availability, and fair-use rules.
It does not guarantee that every individual product will remain available permanently. Products may be removed if they are discontinued, become unavailable, create legal or security concerns, or can no longer be maintained.
Yes. You may use GPL-licensed products on your own websites and websites you build or manage for clients.
However, your WPlend.net account and download access are personal to you and must not be shared, transferred, or resold. You may not provide third parties with access to your WPlend.net account or use the service to create a competing download repository.
Can I resell products downloaded from WPlend.net?
The GPL may allow redistribution of covered code under certain conditions. However, access to your WPlend.net account, membership, download links, website content, branding, product descriptions, support services, and infrastructure is not transferable.
You may not:
- share or resell your WPlend.net account;
- provide public access to WPlend.net download links;
- automatically copy or scrape the catalog;
- reproduce WPlend.net branding or website content;
- represent yourself as WPlend.net or an original product developer.
Any redistribution must independently comply with the applicable GPL terms and all relevant third-party rights.
Downloads and Access
Download links become available after payment has been successfully completed.
For one-time purchases, you can find the download link in the Downloads section of your account. A download link may also be sent to the email address associated with your order.
You can view your available downloads here:
Members can download available products directly from the relevant product pages while their membership access remains active.
A one-time purchase provides 72-hour access to the purchased product’s available download files.
During these 72 hours, you may download the product multiple times. After the access period ends, a new purchase or active membership is required to download the product again or obtain a newer version.
We recommend downloading the product promptly and keeping a secure local backup.
Download conditions depend on the purchase type.
One-time purchases
You receive 72-hour access to the purchased product’s available download files. During this period, you may download that product multiple times.
Memberships
Membership downloads are subject to the daily limit of the selected plan:
- Monthly: 5 product downloads per day;
- Yearly: 15 product downloads per day;
- Lifetime: 30 product downloads per day.
Download limits may also be enforced to prevent account sharing, automated downloading, scraping, or other misuse of the service.
The daily download allowance resets automatically according to the website’s server time.
Unused daily downloads do not accumulate and cannot be transferred to another day or account.
Repeated or automated attempts to bypass download limits may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.
Previous versions may be downloaded when they are available and while you have active access to the product.
For one-time purchases, access is limited to the 72-hour download period. Membership downloads remain subject to the daily limit of the selected plan.
WPlend.net does not guarantee that every previous version of every product will remain available permanently.
First, make sure that:
- you are signed in to the account used for the purchase;
- your payment has been completed;
- your 72-hour access period has not expired;
- your membership is active;
- you have not reached your daily membership limit.
If the link still does not work, submit a request through our Contact Us page and include your order number, account email address, and product name.
Updates
Updates are provided when a new version becomes available to WPlend.net from the original developer.
A one-time purchase includes download access for 72 hours. After that period, downloading a future version requires either a new purchase or an active membership.
Members can access available updates while their membership remains active, subject to their plan’s daily download limit.
We do not guarantee that every product update will be published immediately or that every product will continue to receive updates indefinitely.
Automatic updates directly from the original developer are generally not included because they usually require the developer’s own license key or account.
Products downloaded from WPlend.net can normally be updated manually. Where available, you may also use a WPlend.net update utility in accordance with its instructions and access requirements.
Before installing an update, create a complete backup of your website, including files and the database.
Read our update instructions for additional guidance.
To update a plugin manually:
- Create a complete backup of your website.
- Download the new plugin version from WPlend.net while you have active access.
- In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
- Select the new ZIP archive.
- Click Install Now.
- If WordPress detects an existing version, select Replace current with uploaded.
- Check the website after the update.
Do not remove existing data unless the product documentation specifically requires it.
To update a theme manually:
- Create a complete backup of your website.
- Download the new theme version.
- Go to Appearance → Themes → Add New Theme → Upload Theme.
- Select the installable theme ZIP file.
- Click Install Now.
- Choose Replace installed with uploaded when prompted.
- Clear applicable caches and check the website.

If you use a child theme, update the parent theme and keep the child theme active. Custom edits made directly to parent theme files may be overwritten during an update.
License Keys and Product Activation
No. WPlend.net does not provide, lease, sell, or resell original-developer license keys.
GPL-licensed code can generally be installed and used without a vendor license key. However, a vendor key may still be required for services controlled by the original developer.
These services may include:
- automatic updates from the original developer;
- direct support from the original developer;
- cloud-based templates or design libraries;
- proprietary APIs;
- account-based integrations;
- licensed stock images or other media;
- certain demo import services;
- access to the developer’s customer portal.
Some developers display license or activation notices inside the WordPress dashboard. These notices are usually connected to automatic updates, developer support, hosted templates, or other vendor-managed services.
In many cases, the product’s core GPL functionality will work without entering a license key. However, vendor-controlled features may remain unavailable.
You should not enter an invalid, shared, or unauthorized license key. WPlend.net does not provide original-developer activation credentials.
The core GPL-licensed functionality is generally available without a vendor license key.
However, WPlend.net cannot guarantee access to features delivered through the original developer’s external servers. Such features may require a separate vendor account, license, API key, payment, or subscription.
Examples include:
- cloud template libraries;
- automatic background updates;
- premium support portals;
- artificial intelligence credits;
- external APIs;
- SaaS functionality;
- licensed images and media;
- remote demo import services.
Known product-specific limitations are disclosed on the relevant product page whenever possible.
No. We do not provide original-developer license activation and do not bypass proprietary licensing systems.
We can help you install the available package and explain whether the product’s core functionality can be used without vendor activation.
If you require services restricted by the original developer, you may need to purchase a license directly from that developer.

Never send passwords through live chat, public comments, social media, or unsecured channels.
Always create a complete website backup before providing access or making technical changes.
Installation and Troubleshooting
- Download the plugin ZIP file.
- Sign in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
- Select the installable ZIP archive.
- Click Install Now.
- Click Activate Plugin after installation.
If the downloaded package contains documentation or several archives, extract the main package on your computer and locate the installable plugin ZIP file.
- Download the theme package.
- Sign in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to Appearance → Themes → Add New Theme → Upload Theme.
- Select the installable theme ZIP file.
- Click Install Now.
- Click Activate after installation.

Some downloads contain documentation, demo files, plugins, and separate parent or child theme archives. In that case, extract the main package first and upload only the installable theme ZIP file.
This error usually means that you uploaded the complete download package instead of the installable theme archive.
To resolve it:
- Extract the downloaded ZIP package on your computer.
- Open the extracted folder.
- Locate the installable theme ZIP file.
- Upload that ZIP file through Appearance → Themes → Add New Theme → Upload Theme.
The correct archive should contain files such as style.css, functions.php, and the theme’s template folders.
Do not upload documentation, licensing files, demo data, or the complete marketplace package as a WordPress theme.
First, do not assume that the archive is defective. Errors may be caused by:
- a conflict with another plugin or theme;
- an unsupported PHP version;
- an incompatible WordPress version;
- insufficient server resources;
- incorrect installation;
- outdated cached files;
- custom code;
- incomplete product requirements.
Recommended steps:
- Restore your most recent working backup if necessary.
- Disable the affected product through WordPress or FTP.
- Check the product’s documented requirements.
- Test the product on a staging website.
- Temporarily disable other plugins to identify a conflict.
- Enable WordPress debugging and record the exact error.
- Contact support with the relevant technical information.
Always back up your website before installing or updating themes and plugins.
Demo import may depend on services controlled by the original developer. It may require:
- a valid vendor license;
- access to the developer’s server;
- sufficient PHP memory and execution time;
- specific plugins;
- a supported PHP or WordPress version;
- externally hosted media;
- an API key or vendor account.
GPL redistribution does not necessarily include copyrighted demo images, videos, fonts, or other non-GPL assets.
WPlend.net does not guarantee that demo imports, stock images, cloud templates, or other vendor-hosted content will be available unless explicitly stated on the product page.
A theme package may include bundled plugins when the original developer includes them in the distributed package.
Bundled plugins may work as part of the theme without a separate license, but they may not include:
- standalone automatic updates;
- direct support from the plugin developer;
- cloud templates;
- premium account services;
- independent license activation.
WPlend.net does not guarantee that every plugin shown in a product demonstration is included. Check the relevant product page and package contents before installation.
Compatibility can depend on:
- your WordPress version;
- your PHP version;
- your active theme;
- other installed plugins;
- server configuration;
- database configuration;
- custom code;
- outdated dependencies.
Review the product’s technical requirements before purchase and test major changes on a staging website.
WPlend.net can provide basic guidance, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every combination of themes, plugins, hosting providers, and custom code.
Security and File Verification
Packages are reviewed before publication using available technical and manual checks.
However, no security process can guarantee that software will be free from every unknown vulnerability or that it will be compatible with every website environment.
You should always:
- keep WordPress and server software updated;
- create regular backups;
- use reputable security tools;
- test new products on a staging website;
- remove themes and plugins that you no longer use.
- Not necessarily. Automated scanners can produce false-positive results when PHP or JavaScript files contain functions also used by legitimate software.A single detection does not automatically prove that a file is malicious. At the same time, no automated scanner should be treated as an absolute guarantee of safety.If you receive a warning:
- Check how many security engines detected the file.
- Review the detection names and affected files.
- Compare the archive with the available official release where possible.
- Scan the website with a WordPress security tool.
- Do not install the product on a production website until the issue is understood.
- Send the report URL and archive details to WPlend.net support.
We will review credible reports and may temporarily remove a product while it is being investigated.
No software distributor or developer can guarantee that software will never contain an unknown vulnerability.
We review packages before publication and respond to credible security reports. Customers remain responsible for maintaining backups, applying updates, protecting account credentials, and following standard WordPress security practices.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because digital products are made available immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.
However, a refund may be considered if:
- the provided installation archive is unusable;
- the product is materially different from its description;
- our team confirms a technical problem that cannot be resolved;
- no working replacement or reasonable solution can be provided.
Before requesting a refund, you must contact support and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Each eligible request is reviewed individually in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Refunds are generally not available when:
- you change your mind;
- you purchased the wrong product or membership;
- the product works as described but does not meet your personal expectations;
- you do not have the technical knowledge required to use the product;
- the product conflicts with a third-party theme, plugin, hosting environment, or custom code;
- your server does not meet the product’s requirements;
- a vendor-controlled feature requires a separate original-developer license and this limitation was disclosed;
- demo images, cloud templates, or other non-GPL assets are not included;
- you refuse to provide the information reasonably required to investigate the issue;
- products have already been downloaded through a membership, except where required by applicable law or where a confirmed qualifying defect exists.
Nothing in this FAQ limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Submit a request through our Contact Us page and select the refund-related option.
Include:
- your order number;
- the email address associated with your account;
- the product name;
- a detailed description of the problem;
- screenshots or error messages;
- the troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval.
Monthly and yearly memberships can be cancelled through the appropriate section of your account or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period, and access will continue according to the applicable membership terms.
Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase and does not have recurring payments to cancel.
After cancellation:
- future automatic renewal payments will stop;
- your access may remain active until the end of the already-paid billing period;
- downloaded products may continue to be used under the applicable GPL terms;
- access to future downloads and updates ends when the membership period expires.
Cancelling a membership does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.
Payments and Account Questions
Your payment is made in exchange for digital product access and WPlend.net services.
A payment or order confirmation is provided after checkout. The availability and format of tax invoices may depend on the payment method, transaction details, and applicable legal requirements.
If you require specific billing information, contact us before purchasing.
Yes. Downloads are available only to registered customers with a completed order or active membership.

If you do not receive the reset email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
- Add WPlend.net to your trusted senders.

Do not create multiple accounts to bypass access or download restrictions.
Product Availability
No. Products may be updated, replaced, suspended, or removed from the catalog.
A product may be removed because:
- it has been discontinued by the original developer;
- an update is no longer available;
- a security concern has been identified;
- the product is no longer compatible with supported environments;
- a legal or intellectual property issue has been raised;
- maintaining the product is no longer practical.
We recommend keeping secure local backups of products you use.
No. Updates depend on continued availability from the original developer and our ability to obtain, review, and publish them.
We do not guarantee:
- a specific publication date;
- immediate access to every new version;
- permanent availability of every product;
- continued development by the original developer;
- compatibility with every future WordPress or PHP version.
Yes. If a newer version is available from the original developer, signed-in customers may submit an update request through the available update request option or the Contact Us page.
An update request does not guarantee immediate publication. The package may need to be obtained, reviewed, tested, and prepared before it becomes available.
